go to the dang maps and catch it first weaken the opposing pokemon then go down all the way and then you should see some pokeballs you should battle me in my username is dialgarulez i have all lv.100's so watch out

If you mean change what's in your party, under the "Your Account" tab, go to "Your Pokemon Team". You should see a link near the top that says "Change the Pokemon in your team" :)
