First u have to build up your relationship with the person u want to marry and eventually, after many jokes, compliments and tender embraces, you will become a couple. You can then ask your new b/gf to be your husband/wife. You will then become partners as u are engaged and will find somewhere when in the talking/actions menu "Get Married". And presto you are on your way to a happy computer marriage!
