go to the ice zone by riding lapras and then go and find primape you might have to battle more pokemon to unlock it afterwards talk to primape battle it and it should say go to the meeting place and i can teach you a new move. so go back to the meeting place by a drifblim or by lapras it doesnt matter and once you arrive at the meeting place talk to primape who will be waiting outside near the beach zone gate and primape will teach you iron tail for some berries, keep on visiting only if you have enought berries and your iron tail will be even more better, you can check this when you press the plus on the wii remote and press pikachus stats.
