Go to the low currents when you get to the dive pot make sure you have a wailord and a relicanth then dive go through go all the way down until you see bright white marks. hit a then dive up the go to the door directly ahead and use TM dig (you can get it at Fallabar town at the fossil maniac house) it will say some thing don't worry it won't do that then go straight then hit a at the middle of the thing then there will be a vibration.

Regirock is south of the desert on route 111 read middle, go over < way then down 2 then use rock smash
