How do you get ground service on fsx?

well first you have to park up in a space and turn your engines of by pressing Ctrl+Shift+F1,then to open the main doors press, Shift+E , to get the jet way to come to your plane press Ctrl+J. To open cargo doors press ,Shift+E the let go of those keys the a second later press 2 and then the ground service will come to take the cargo off. To call the fuel press Shift+F, for push back press Shift+P, then when your ready to go, turn your engines on by pressing Ctrl+E.
