You have to make sure you have an empty letter slot. Talk to her 4 or 5 times with at least 10,000 bells on you, and she'll give you a letter if you say, "You know it!" every time. After that, pester her some more, until she asks for a donation. Give her as much as you want, but she gives you some really great stuff if you pay more than 5000 bells.Give her 100,000 bells and she will give you awsome stuff!

I'm sorry^^ but that was a load of bull! only pay her 2,000 cause i payed her more and she just gave me a worst outfit then i payed less and it was an awesome outfit so have fun guys!!

that worked for you, but answer her questions well and she will give you a letter with a certificate and a not so nice t-shirt. Then collect some fruit or shells and sell them and get at least 2,000 bells. Then go up to her and keep clicking on her until she says something long, when she has finished saying that she will give you a new outfit! I got a sandwich top and a bunny hat! I love them!
