Can you find a dawn stone early in Pokemon diamond?

There is one shiney stone on iron island at the end of the cave. There is one Dawn Stone on Route 225 heading to the Survival Area. It is on a ledge, which you need to use Rock Climb to access. After battling the Dragon Tamer, there is a Pokeball, that's the Dawn Stone. Another Dawn Stone can be found in Mt. Coronet, the part between Oreburgh City and Hearthome City. You need Surf to obtain it. u can also find 1 dawn stone using the dowsing machine in a swampy area just left of pastoria when u exit it
