u have to go to oreburgh gate 1st and a hiker there will give u the TM rock smash, then go to Oreburgh city and challenge Roark the gym leader( u have to go to oreburgh mine to find him 1st). After defeating him, u can use rock smash outside battle now. Go back to Jubilife City and then up the route into a small cave blocked by rocks, use rock smash to destroy it and u can cross the path a go to floaroma town. Then u will fight team galactic commander Mars and then go to eterna forest before finally arriving at eterna city.
