You get an elekid in Pokemon fire red / leaf green by heading to four island and going to the daycare north west of Pokemon center now put an electabuzz and a ditto in daycare and walk exactly 246 steps and talk to old man standing around out side the daycare he will give you an egg walk exactly 6480 steps or just walk alot until a message appears saying "huh" and congradulations ! ! you received and elekid (electabuzz's pre evolved form) from the egg ! !
