always put food on the bowl outside your house near the door. then you will see the dog would eat the food.. let the dog eat it.. after a few days if you continuously put food on the bowl. go near the dog and it says there on the lower right "pick up" if you picked the dog up a question would appear that says "would you like to adopt it?" say "yes"
