First, you evolve a Zubat into a Golbat at leval 22, and give it lots of care - let it hold an item; let it win lots of battles; groom it; give it items like Iron or Carbos and heal it straight after it gets ill. Eventually, it will come to like you enormously, and if you raise it to a level above 25, it will evolve into a Crobat.

to get a crobat you have to make golbat happy.first feed it vitamins like carbos pp up and hp up give it a hair cut in the underground place in goldenrod and keep it first in your party and never give it herbs
