Unfortunately what your seeing is correct. The Quick Revive bar goes away only on solo after 3 times of use. As people know solo is easier and its a way of getting the game to be harder. Hope my info helped!

Talk to her ten times, and she will ask to switch places with you. Your old hair and eye colors will stay the same, but your hair will be different. The girl behind the counter will become your old character.
