Then get romantically involved with the sim.
You then have to marry the sim and have them move in with you.
Open the cheat code box...ctrl+shift+C.......type in "boolprop testingcheatsenable true" press ENTER
Later open the cheat code box again and type....."boolprop testingcheatsenabled on" press Shift on the keyboard and hold it (SHIFT) and click on the sim you want it to be pregnant...there will appear a list and select the word "SPAWN" search for the word "TOMBSTONE of L&D" select the sim to be pregnant and click Tombstone...search and select.."MAKE ME PREGNANT"...
