you get another game and trade them from that
First pick a Treecko then go see May out in the feild past Ordeal town then go catch a weak Pokemon and go to the Pokemon center and go upstairs and trade with another Pokemon game and make sure the Pokemon you trade from the other game sucks.now you traded treecko start a new gome on The one that you picked the Treecko and now this time pick Mudcip and do the same thing that you did before and now start another new game and this time pick torchic and do all that stuff again but instead of catching 1 Pokemon catch two and go trade the two sucky Pokemon with treecko and mudcip and you will have all three starter Pokemon on Sapphire.Sorry for improoving your answer dude but i just wanted to make your answer better.
