all backgrounds are found using the lottery game in jubilife city, action replay? Try trading a buch of Pokemon with different ID numbers to get a higher chance of winning. I already have all of the backgrounds, and yes I do have an action replay....but I'm not sure if there's a code for that. Your best bet is to keep trying the lottery game with different ID Pokemon.
