You should get the headbutt TM (TM02) from the green-haired guy in Ilex Forest (south of Goldenrod City) who's in the upper right corner of the forest somewhere. Make sure that in your pack you have a pokémon that knows the move headbutt. Then IN THE AFTERNOON go headbutt some trees on route 29 (the route from your mom's house to the next town). After alot of time and alot of trees eventually an Aipom of about lvl 10 will fall out and fight you.
