First of all, check your Inventory (Treasure Chest). The trophy should be there. If the trophy is not in your Inventory, wait awhile. There could be a server lag, a space of time between when you earned the trophy and when Moshi Monsters' computers send it to your room. If it does not show up after 24 hours, then email Moshi Monsters and let them know you did not receive your trophy.
