What you have to do is get a Sega Genesis Model II and attemp to stick Cheetahmen II cart inside of it while simotaneosly taking a dump in your bathtub. Once you have done that quickly take your most beloved dish and throwing on the ground as hard as you can. Now you have to step on the sharp shards of glass bare foot while urinating on the floor. Now wait 2 weeks and your feet will form a message it will say "YOU" now go on to Admin house and say "YOU!!!" out loud 69 times. The game will shut down and you'll be logged out. Log back in and you'll see a message and it will say "biggins" then click proceed then go to your inbox and you'll see a message with the subject of "YO MAN" It will have the Stamper Build tool on it
