All you need to so is get a good relationship with the Sim you want to move into your house and then just click on the Sim then on the option propose then move in.
your other sims that you made have to be in a high relationship with the "ready-made sims" (NPC's) They have to be at least best friends or something like that, click on them and click on "propose..." then click on "move in" they will hug your sim if they have accsepted. Either that or you can click "propose..." then "engagement" then after your sim marries them, they will move into your sims house.
There is a cheat but I don't know it. Basically you have to make your sims fall in love (get their life-time relationship above 60) and then you can 'Propose' 'Move In'. The other sim may say no, if they do, you have to get their life-time relationship up even higher and try again. Or you can go to the neighbourhood and move a sim from the family bin into the same house as another sim.
Build a friendship between the two sims & then eventually it should have "Propose.." "Move In" in that pie bar when you click on another sim.
Only an adult can move out. Your teenager has to grow up first. Click on the computer and then search house. A taxi will come and your be sent to the deposit in the neighbourhood where you can drag it to a house.
Move your sims into a house they can afford. (sims 2 PC) use the cheat 'motherlode' or 'kaching' and you will get money, move them out then move them into the desired house ;)
You have to move your Sim out of their house, and then once you have done that you can either move another family in, or delete the house.
Before you move the family out, pick up the urn and move it into one of the Sim's inventory.

First you need to put the family in the family bin after that you can move them in any house in that neighborhood, but you can't move them in other town(neighborhood).

If I'm understanding the question properly...all you have to do is make a Sim Family with 2 sims in it and move them into a house. If you have a pre-existing sim and want to add another to that household, become friends with the second sim and use the "Ask to Move In" option when it becomes available. The only way to control more than one sim is to have them in the same household. You can (without mods) up to 8 sims in each household, but there are mods to make this higher.
