How do you get a ranch on HorseIsle 2?

You first must be a subscriber, meaning you must purchase subscription tokens from the Horse Isle online store for REAL money, or buy a token in game from a subscriber (costs $250,000 - $400,000, depending on the person). Once you are a subscriber, go to City Hall and click on the community board. There you can read available real estate and choose what size ranch you want.
