there are many flutes u can make in emerald. by pokeflute, you might mean the white Flute which "attracts" pokemon, or the black flute, which "repels" pokemon. either way, u go to the fields next to mt.chimney and go to the shack next to fallabar, and the guy in the back will give u an ash bag thingy. go around to the grass with the brown stuff and walk in it. bring a couple of repels along to collect alot without stopping like every 5 seconds to fight a stupid spinda, and walk about 700 steps to get a white fluet or black flute. taadaa. except they have never ever worked for me so i dont really care.
