You could grab a Mr. Mime on Route 218 and then attach an Odd Incense to it and breed it with another Pokémon in order to hatch a Mime Jr. or you could find one at the Trophy Garden behind the Pokémon Mansion however using the Trophy Garden is very hard to do cause Mime Jr. is one of its many Pokémon that changes daily meaning you first have to check with Mr. Backlot to see if it's in the Trophy Garden or not.
