Just keep leveling up your spartan, but to get the mark VI helmet you have to be a colonel. So go try it out.

It's called the MJOLNIR mark V armor. It's supposed to be a reference to old Norse Mythology. In the newer iterations of the Halo series (i.e. 2 and 3) It's MJOLNIR mark 6 armor. ODST armor is similar in a sense, but is not the same.

Is the mark4 armor unlockable in reach?
I doubt there would be much armor missing from REACH since that's where all things spartan originate. If you meant the mark V (5) like in Halo: CE (1) just look at RedVsBlue.com and watch "Deja view" the first episode in the halo reach mini and look at "Caboose" wearing the mark V. I don't think I've seen/heard of a mark 4 yet...

Actually you unlock MC's helmet at rank general or inheritor which is really high and its called the mljonir mk V. there's another one in which you can get at Lt colonel but its just mk. V not mljonir mk V and you can see the difference if you saw them together so hope this answer helped
