There's only one way to get money from working and that's by going to Bob at Brownie Ranch. If you go and talk to him he will tell you to brush all his horses and his cow. You will also need to go into the barn and put feed into there troughs. There are only two extra bales, so don't drop more than two. Also if you bursh each horse twice and the cow the's a chance you can earn extra money. Usually Bob will pay you $250 for your work. Also, the horse you brush first everytime you work is the horse Bob will eventyually give you when you are good enough friends.
To get a horse all you have to do is befriend Bob (manager of Brownie farm, near the villa). to choose your horse, you do your part time job with Bob and be extra nice to the horse you want by brushing it extra put on more feed its box, ect.
No, you can't. He is just there for decoration, like the rubber duckys you sometimes find. Good job finding him though, he is hard to see.

To exit the game you need to press the "..." on the left bottom side. You will see "Quit" (something like exit) you press on that and the game will close (If you press quit and you did not save you game you will lose everything you did as in get a job, have a child, death of a Sim and e.c.t). You will also see "Save and Quit" if you press on that it will save the game and quit. Hope this helped some.

You can't get a job. You own a farm in the first place.
The Harvest King is a character never seen in the game. He works with the Harvest Goddess. There is very little known about the Harvest Moon DS Cute version of the Harvest King. Apparently in Harvest Moon DS Cute he is bald, if what the Harvest Sprites said is true. You can never see him or talk to him so there is no way to know what he is really like. The Harvest King is a much more important character in the game Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. That is the only other game he is ever mentioned in.
Your character is a farmer/rancher. But you can do many other things like mining, cooking, and fishing. You can never have an official job.
