How do you get a flying Pikachu on Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver?

You need yellow path on your pokewalker. To get that you need to go to the main menu of your SoulSilver game and select "mystery gift", then press "receive gift", and then "get via Nintendo WFC" and "yes". If you are connected to the internet via wifi, any special distributions will come up. Select yellow path and you'll get it. Then immediately go to any poke-mart in your game and talk to the green delivery man. After he gives you yellow path save or it won't be there. Then just connect to pokewalker, choose yellow path and catch all the Pikachu you can. The ones that know fly and surf are very hard to find. PS the yellow path is only available through May 5, 2010.

Did you get the yellow forest on the pokewalker? If you did then you can get the surfing and flying pikachu... If you didn't then you can't get it now... unless you have Pokemon battle revolution... For me, I got the surfing pikachu from the battle revolution

Grass, electric and I think rock type moves will work. Lapras is up next at level 80. Rock type moves will be a big help. Then last but not least is his snorlax at level 82. Snorlax is a normal type moves, so a fighting type should be fine.
