After your sims couple is divorsed and one member has moved away, have them meet again. You can press ctrl+shift and C and it will open a bar at the top and type in boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true. After its entered you can go into a sims relationships and change the meter on how they feel, bring it up till its at 100%. Do that on both sims. Now they are willing to Do anything, including woohoo, and engage.

if you give it some time and a lot of work, then you can get your sims' relationships back up. the sim that caught the other sim cheating will be furious for a while, but give them a couple days and they can end up back in love again.
