Go to Goldenrod city and you'll find a kid talking about a bike shop there. look around and you'll find it.the people there will let you "borrow" it to promote it.go talk to the kid again and he'll be happy that there is a bike shop in town.as you ride it you'll get a call from the shop and they will say you can keep it,even though you never had to give it back in the first place.
