you can find them everywhere in stark mountain. just be patient and look for it, it'll come out. and remember to have lots of dusk balls and quick balls. also you can find a slugma in stark mountain and level it up to level 38 so it can evolve into magcargo. but just try to catch magcargo it takes a long time to level up slugma from about level 25-29 to level 38.
