. after you beat misty keep going up nugget bride until you find a pokeball with a trainer next to it. speak to that trainer and he will give you charmander. there is a person in a cerulean who has a house with 3 Pokemon in. speak to her, and she will give you bulbasaur.ater you beat the gym in vermillion, talk to officer jenny and she will give you squirtle

However, the three starter Pokemon from the Red and Blue games are all available in the following places: Bulbasaur - Go to the house to the left of the Pokemon Center. She will ask you to take care of Squirtle. Say "Yes" and you get a Squirtle. IMPORTANT - In all of these cases, make sure you have room in your party unless you want the pokemon to go into storage.
