Go get the Event Shiny Pichu and transfer it into SoulSilver, then go to the Ilex Forest Shrine with Event Shiny Pichu in THE FIRST SLOT OF YOUR PARTY AND AN EMPTY SLOT!!! Then, press A right in front of the Ilex Forest Shrine, and BOOM! Spiky-Eared Pichu jumps out from behind the Ilex Forest Shrine! Next, an Elder will walk SUPER SLOWLY to you, and say blah blah...Yaddah yaddah....All that junk about how "The two old friends have met after a long time" and "This Pichu was very lonely the first time I met it and before your Pichu came along." After he stops BLABBIN', he'll tell you that the Spiky-Eared Pichu wants to join your party, and there you go! Spiky-Eared Pichu in your party! I hope this helped alot.
