you have to go to canalve city and go to that guy that has a boat sail to iron island and after you deafet all the dudes there thee will be a guy named Riley.riley will ask you to travle with him.You have to go all the way to the cave exit where you get there riley will give you an egg. it will hatch into riolu.depending on riolus friendship with you,its will evolve into lucario mine evolves at lv.46 so my friendship with riolu was not fast enough!!!!!hope i helped!(:
