im not sure if its still in effect, but there was a Wi-Fi event in early August YES YOU CAN GET JIRACHI IN POKEMON SOULSILVER AND HEARTGOLD if u have wi-fi press start after u see lugia or ho-oh(in bottom screen)then go to wi fi gifts or something like that and u can receive a jirachi through wi fi To get jirachi you would have had to use mystery gift in august or September 2010. I got it. maybe they can do it again next year

It is possible to have all legendaries on one heartgold cartridge, though, if you trade from other game. You need platinum, and emerald, and firered or leafgreen.

hey! wake up dummy you can't get jirachi (not jurachi) in heart gold or soulsilver like that ,if you can remember the pokewalker event that gave a jirachi to unlock a pokewalker route in heartgold and soulsilver ,that's the ONLY WAY to get a jirachi to heartgold,if you are not satisified ,trade with someone who has it or migrate from any Pokemon ruby or sapphire games or use a cheat.
