How do you get Eevee in Pokemon Silver?

first go back to elms lab and he will say deliver a parcel to bill in the kanto region the take the train or what ever you use and he give you an eevee on level 30 then you go back to elm and you get thanks beware thoe you must have all eight johto badges other wise you cant go to the kanto.I speak in reference of Pokemon Silver for GameBoy Color. If that is not the game you're speaking of, ignore this answer. Thanks. In order to get Eevee you must first have gone to Bill's house and received his phone number in GoldenRod City. (Go past the Game Corner and keep going left. You'll find it eventually...). Then, you must go to the Pokemon Center which is located in the town right after GoldenRod. (The one with the Dance Studio). Bill will talk to you and say he is heading home. Turn around and go straight back to GoldenRod. Make sure you have at least one open slot for a Pokemon. Go back to Bill's house and talk to him. He will say he was followed by a pesky Eevee but he never goes outside so he therefore needs an active trainer to take care of it. You must say you can take care of the Eevee and he will give it to you. (Only if you listened and had an open slot). You now have a level 20 Eevee. Congratz! :)
