First, you need a Dusclops which you can catch one at route 224 at night using the Poke Radar (make sure you use a repel) . It'll appear at levels between 50 and 55. Then give a Reaper Cloth to it. Trade it with a friend and it will evolve into Dusknoir.
FYI: If you have Dusclops it needs to be at levels 37 and higher to get the Dusknoir when traded!
