your sims can not have vampire babies, the youngest your sim can be is an an adult in order to be turned into a vampire because children need to go to school during daylight hours.

On the Sims 2 Castaway for pc you can have children if you follow the storyline all the way through and then go into freeplay. If you are using Sims 2 Castaway on the Wii then you can not have children or even woohoo.
