There are many ways to have twin or triplets but i don't think there's a cheat for it.
1. Listen to kids music while watching kids TV.
2.Buy the Fertility Treatment with Lifetime Happiness.
3. Eat 3 watermelons in a row for a girl and eat 3 apples in a row for a boy.
