You can not fly anymore. Toontown found out the cheat and got rid of it. You used to be able to go in the water at the dock by the island and go right where is water is just up to your neck, then you had to run backwards and jump at the same time and then open your map as fast as possible, then you had to click go home or log off and then run as fast as possible but if you start to go to your house or offline, you had to press the esc button on your computer.
