If your games stop saving, the only thing you can do is buy a new battery and replace the one inside the game cartridge. You can buy the replacement battery anywhere that sells a CR2025 battery or something similar. There's also some guides on the internet that show how to replace the battery. There is a chance of ruining the game if you're not careful, so do this at your own risk or ask something who good at doing things like this to replace it for you.
