Check your disks, make sure they arent damaged, if they are not damaged send your xbox in for repairs
Send it off to Microsoft for repair.
Bring it to your local game store and ask if they fix scratched disks.
If it only does that for a certain disc, then the disc is probably damaged and needs to be replaced. If this happens for all discs, then there is a problem with your disc reader. If that is the case, contact Nintendo and see if they can fix your wii.

Nothing is wrong with the Xbox. Your disk is either dirty or damaged. Check the disk for dirt or scratches - either will cause a malfunction.

If your disc is dirty or damaged just take a soft cloth and alcohol then clean it off.
It is to hard or risky to do it yourself. I suggest you go to a gamestop where they have a disc cleaner.
If the dashboard says that there is no disc inserted. The disk drive is damaged and should be replaced.
Blockbuster have a machine that will fix any scratched disc for £2, no matter how scratched, but it cannot be repaired if the disk is shattered or snapped and will have to be replaced.
