Flint and steel are in the "Tools" section of the Creative inventory.
Get flint and steel then right click on the ground. Same way as regular Minecraft!

There is no such thing as steel. Iron is fairly abundant underground, just keep digging.
Just dig and keep digging until you find iron ore then smelt it in a furnace to get iron.

The get to the Nether in minecraft, you need at least 10 obsidian and a flint and steel. You need to make a Nether Portal, a 4x5 portal, and set it alight with the flint and steel.
It's called an IRON INGOT.
