You can find witches on sims 2 apartment life only there when you start the game go to the cordianal family it is two ladies one with a dress and the other with shorts they have friends who are witches you can become best friends and ask how to do the path of light of darkness good witches wear white bad black have fun and good luck this is all true i did it with my game enjoy!!!!!
