city and go down the path and past the polioce and other trainers and go to the mansion and go to the room where that man with the beard next to the guy don't talk to im save at that point and then talk to him until he says porygon cuz u ...well....say lik it says plusle right and says not porygon turn off do it over till says(only one Pokemon per day!)
