you go to slateport and get the pokeblock case first which is what i didnt know to do and then go in the pokemon competition thingy then there is a girl in the bottom left corner. Go to her and she says something like here have one ive got two and that is the pokeblock case. Then go to the safari park and then i dont actually know where to find heracross but i guess youd go somewhere in the grass at the start
