Go up a ramp on the city resort and keep dragging the numchuck stick left then letting go. This will make you do 360° twist. Keep doing this over and over again in one jump. You will fall over, dont do what it tells you to do to get up just stay there till its gets up by itself. This counts as one fall. Keep repeating these steps till you do it 50 times. It may sound like it will take a long time but it will only take 5-10 minutes. Hope this helps
