Vaporeon doesn't evolve.
To get vaporeon catch an eevee and use a water stone.
To get flareon catch another eevee and use a fire stone.
To get jolteon catch ANOTHER eevee and use a thunder stone.
To get espeon catch ANOTHER eevee and make it like you. once it does get it up a level DURING THE DAY.
To get umbreon catch ANOTHERRR eevee and make it like you, once it does get it up one level DURING THE NIGHT.
If you can't find more eevees i recommend you chose which one you like carefully. i Highly recommend umbreon. Also not sure if this works in leaf green but it does in pearl... Putting an eevee in the daycare with a ditto gives you another eevee.
If it doesn't work... Sorry i only have fire red and I've never tried it.

Yes, many other Pokemon can breed with Vaporeon. So many that I cannot type them all here. (Well I could but I just don't feel like it). But you can find all the Pokemon breedable with Vaporeon on www.serebii.net. Just look up Vaporeon and scroll down to the very bottom and look at Egg Groups. It shows all Pokemon Breedable with Vaporeon.
