How do you evolve happiny in Pokemon pearl?

i got my happiny at max hapiness but i used rare candys she is now lvl 100 does it still evolve?u need to find oval stone when lvling it up to help it evolve then work on happinness to evolve to blissey

I was wondering if you could give some more explanation to this... its makes no since what-so-ever and im trying to evolve my Happiny. "Finding the oval stone while evolving it"? How do you have it find an oval stone? but thanks for trying.
