Then, let her massage Feebas but here's the hard-to-wait thing,... Let her massage Feebas 7 or 8 times everyday. Then, when you transfer it to Pokemon D/P/PL, you can see that the beauty stat is to the max level. Now, level it up and watch it evolve into a beautiful Milotic!
