To evolve your starters at luminous spring, you must have beat Darkria. Then get manaphy on your team. You find manaphy's egg at the surrounded sea. You will take care of manaphy for a few days, it will get sick, you will get something that helps manaphy, manaphy will go to the sea. After awhile, manaphy will come back and ask to join your team. SAY YES! After a few days of missions, manaphy will tell you about the marine resort. Now, beat the resort. Then go to spacial rift. Go battle palkia to get it on your team. It usually joins the first try. Now you can evolve your starters.
