basicaly you do the same as in Pokemon emerald and all the rest. first lv him up to lv. 20 than,(but first have let nincada be the leader, have nobody else be on your team if you do put them on stanby) once you do that go to the wiscash pond and evolve you become ninjask than you look whos on your team right at the moment and there should be a shedinja there.
