You have to max its happiness and you can do that by: 1. Dont give it to the daycare 2.Keep it first in you party 3.don't put in PC 4.you can give it hair cuts in the underground tunnel 5.DONT MAKE IT FAINT 6.DO IT IN THE MORNING If u do at night it will turn into a umbreon instead of a espeon 7.level it up That's what you have to do to evolve eevee into espeon . and one thing you have to do the most HAVE FUN
